RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges on Makers Garage products are subject to the following conditions and procedures:

If you need to make a return or exchange for any reason, please email Makers Garage at [email protected]. Once we receive your email, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item.

Eligibility Windows

Buyer’s Remorse / Standard Returns (15 Days)

This applies when you decide you no longer want the product for personal reasons — such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing it. These returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order. Subjected to 10% restocking fee. Shipping is on buyer.

Exchanges or Incorrect Product Received (30 Days)

This applies when you need to exchange an item for a different size, fit, or style, or if Makers Garage sent an incorrect product by mistake. These requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

To Qualify for a Credit or Exchange

Products must be returned in as-new condition.
Products must be shipped back in the original packaging, including all boxes, manuals, hardware, and materials to avoid a restocking fee.
The original order number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Shipping must be prepaid by the customer. For your protection, please insure the package for its full retail value.
For returns or exchanges (non-damaged items), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
For damaged items or incorrect items shipped by Makers Garage, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Once Makers Garage receives your returned package, the Product(s) will be inspected. If the items are in the proper quantity and as-new condition, a credit will be issued to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Labor, installation, surcharges, or any other fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.

Please keep all paperwork until your return has been fully processed and credited.

MAKERS GARAGE WILL NOT:

Accept a return if the Product(s) have been installed, painted, modified, or altered in any way.
Refund original shipping charges unless the Product(s) were returned due to damage or incorrect item shipped.
